Bounce Houses and Ball Pits

Yes, we do have a rules in place for the safety of children at play and to prevent any damages to our equipment.

Adult supervision is required at all times. Stain and mess-prone activations, (ie. face paint, glitter, confetti, slime, etc.) are not allowable in our play areas. We also ask for shoes to be off, no food and drinks, for sharp objects to be kept away, and for ball pit rentals, for balls to remain in the ball pit.

All interactive play rentals will come with a rule board and stacked cubbies for shoes.

We ask for dry and clear level ground, and if the venue is outdoors, during the summer months, it must be in a shaded area to prevent any overheating of equipment. For bounce house rentals, access to a working power outlet will be needed as well.

We meticulously wipe down and disinfect our interactive play pieces and equipment using family-safe disinfectants that kill 99.9% of viruses and germs and contain natural ingredients and no harsh chemicals. Our bounce houses, ball pits, ball pit balls, foam flooring, shoe cubbies, etc. are all cleaned to ensure a safe play area for your child(ren).

Bookings

We ask that you book with us at least 3-4 weeks prior to your event to ensure our team has an adequate amount of time to prepare our material and make your vision a reality!

The price would depend on the scope of the installation. Most of our installations include backdrop rentals, balloons, signage, and florals starting at around $300. We do have several bundle options available for a good deal as well.

Payment

We accept Credit/Debit, Venmo, wire transfer, or cash.

A non-refundable security deposit is needed with your signed contract in order to secure your event date, time, and service. This deposit will be a percentage of the estimated total and will be applied towards the overall event cost. We use your security deposit to order supplies and materials needed for your event.

Balloons

The phrase, “organic balloon garland”, was coined to describe balloons that vary in sizes and colors to make a free form design. It does not have the perfectly symmetrical look that classic balloon garlands, arches, and columns are known for. Think of it like a grape vine — not following a specific pattern — organic balloons have curves and imperfections, mimicking beauty in nature.

In order to provide the best quality balloons and garlands, we use premium latex balloon brands. These balloons are high quality balloons and will last longer than the typical pre-made garland you can purchase online.

We can definitely use non-latex balloon options through the use of foil or mylar balloons. In addition to these options, we can provide a variety of other non-latex decor such as signage, faux floral, backdrops, and many more.

In order to maintain the quality and look of our balloon garlands & decor, we refrain from using client-bought balloons and we encourage clients to trust in the product and work our team can provide for their event.

Because we use premium quality latex balloons, balloon garlands (indoors) will last about 5-7 days post install. For outdoor garlands, our balloon garlands will be at its best quality for about 2 days prior to any major deflation and/or oxidization.

It depends! Typically (and on most occasions), we use air to fill our balloons. If helium is needed or requested, we will use helium depending on the set up.

For all balloon-related events, we ask for at least a (3) hour set up duration in order to ensure the best quality and design of your decor. . This extended time period allows our team the flexibility to bring your conceptual vision to life and the leeway to deal with any last minute design changes, prior to the start of your event. Shorter set up durations are feasible with prior approval and notification.

If a tear-down is required where our team will come back post event to retrieve any backdrops, florals, and any additional rental decor — our team will discard the balloons, unless notified by the client that they would like to keep the garland. If no tear down is needed from our team, it is up to the client’s discretion to take down the garland & discard – or leave it up and cherish it forever! 🙂

Wood Florals

Sola wood flowers are made from the wood of a marshy plant called Aeschynomene aspera, also known as the sola or shola plant. There’s a misconception that it’s from cassava root, but that delicious vegetable is well known for being made into tapioca (commonly for boba pearls).

The sola plant grows very quickly, making this natural resource both eco-friendly and renewable. Sola is very light, similar to balsa wood, and is flexible and soft. This plant’s root has the bark stripped, leaving the center to be made into thin sheets of wood.

Every flower is actually created by hand, as no machines are used. The petals are hand cut from the delicate thing sheets and wrapped together to make the beautiful flowers you see today. It truly is artisanal.

Our team does not personally hand make the actual flowers. We wish we had the skills to be able to, but we handle more of the latter end of our sola wood floral projects. This typically consisting of: dip dyeing or airbrushing, stemming, shaping, assembling, and arranging your floral pieces.

Sola flowers are still delicate and can be damaged with rough handling. For general care, we suggest keeping them in a cool area away from direct sun exposure. To keep it’s soft foam-like texture, we suggest spraying a mixture of water and vegetable glycerin to keep the petals pliable and help prevent easy breakage.
